Go see a doctor
If you burn the heart and are very often cough and throat began to burn .... Many people are because they have acid reflux. Heart problems tend to start to show the feeling of fatigue and shortness of breath, etc.
You really need to go to the doctor to find one of them and the underlying cause. Meanwhile, avoid spicy foods, coffee, chocolate, soft drinks and tomato. They are terrible when you heartburn
call a physician ...
So you should go to the doctor, but the difference for me is that with the heart burn, you feel as if something in the chest is on fire. It feels like actaully combustion. But you really should see a doctor because they can more

go visit a doctor, not a good idea to mess with possible heart problems
The best way to say is it has to go for an EKG and cardiac enzymes, but some important differences that people with heart problems often nausea, vomiting, dizziness, sweating and clammy skin, shortness of breath or breathing difficulties and pain, which moves from the chest, jaw, back, left shoulder and arm.
Heartburn is usually caused by eating spicy or fatty foods, it will not move the chest or upper abdomen, and takes a while drinking milk or having stomach

If you have pain, take Rolaids or Tums if heartburn, the pain should subside after 15 minutes. If you still feel pain and shortness of breath, I would immediately see a doctor ...
Other characters are very anxious to have clammy skin, and pain that radiates to the neck, back, arm or jaw ...
mayoclinic.com nurse-check out .. lots of good information
Only your doctor can tell for sure.
I have both. not lucky? Heartburn (I have acid reflux) is very high, like trains on her breasts and heart problems is very low as the bottom of the sternum. Also heartburn, in the taste, sooner or later (and a foul, belching, sour taste) A heart attack feels like an elephant sitting on his chest. The best way is to take Rolaids (take the only thing that helps) and incineration should quickly disappear. Please call 911th Baking soda and water is ideal when you Rolaids, If you do not absolutely sure that you will be subjected to a stress test. Do not wait until you fall flat on your face.
